ABOUT THE DAY
This is a focused two-day workshop providing a theoretical knowledge-based background on typical wounds and, importantly, the ‘atypical’ . Case studies will be presented and discussed as well as updates on current wound care and best practice for skin malignancies and histopathology.

Workshop 1: Biopsy - When, Where and Why?Theory and practical biopsy techniques includingincisional and punch biopsies.
Workshop 2: Dressings, New categories of dressings. Factors that address correctchoice/wound bedpreparationand bandaging for retention/ oedema management.
